ILCA elects 4 new Governing Council Members

At the General Assembly held on 5 September 2009 in Milan, Italy, in the frame of the 4th ILCA Annual Conference, the ILCA membership recognized 4 new members in the ILCA Governing Council: Pierre Bedossa (France), Curt Harris (USA), Masatoshi Kudo (Japan), Kim Olthoff (USA).
