ILCA – an International and Multi-disciplinary Association for Liver Cancer Specialists

The International Liver Cancer Association (ILCA) invites clinical, translational and basic researchers, physicians and allied professionals from around the world in all disciplines involved in liver cancer -- epidemiology, gastroenterology, hepatology, internal medicine, molecular biology, (interventional) oncology, pathology, (interventional) radiology, and surgery/transplantation -- to join and participate in ILCA activities.

ILCA currently counts of 320 members from 35 countries and is growing rapidly as the association and its meetings are attracting professionals that share our organization's aim to increase the understanding of liver cancer and develop treatments that offer true hope for patients affected by the disease.

Membership categories

Regular 50€ Scientist / Physician working in fields related to Liver
Cancer who has contributed knowledge to the field.
Applicants must submit:
  1. A letter of support from the ILCA Membership Committee
  2. A proof of publication of at least 2 papers with an Impact Factor
Trainee 25€ Scientist / Physician in training and certified by his/her training program director.
Applicants must submit:
  1. Brief Bio-sketch
  2. A letter of support from a training program director or the ILCA Membership Committee
Associate 25€ Allied Health Professional involved in Liver Cancer research and/or practice.
Applicants must provide:
  1. Brief Bio-sketch
  2. A letter of support from the ILCA Membership Committee
  3. Statement of Commitment to liver cancer research/practice
Emeritus 50€ Scientist / Physician meeting Regular Members requirements, but who is retired from full-time employment.
Applicants must provide:
  1. Brief Bio-sketch
  2. Proof of publication at least 2 papers with an Impact Factor
